Our Return Promise
We stand behind our products like you stand in your favorite fishing spot—with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety and integrity of our products, the following items cannot be returned:
- Waders & Boots (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked as final sale
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Within 15 days of receiving your order, please email us at [email protected] with your return request. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information:

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, our customer service team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions. Please note that returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship your return to:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect the item(s) within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive an email notification once your return is processed.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve your return. Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
- International returns may be subject to customs fees which are non-refundable
- PayPal refunds may take additional processing time
Exchange Process
For exchanges, please indicate your preferred replacement item in your return request. If the replacement item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference. For lower-value items, we’ll refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
