Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
- Tracking included
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may have extended delivery times or may not be serviceable.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide (excluding certain remote areas). International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our products like you stand in your favorite fishing spot—with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll make it right.
Our Return Promise
You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags.
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality and safety standards, the following items cannot be returned:
- Waders & Boots (for hygiene reasons, unless defective)
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked as final sale
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with:
- Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Item(s) to return
- Reason for return
- Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
- Original payment method
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 1-2 business days. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Carefully repackage the item(s) with all original packaging, tags, and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation and ship to:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
We inspect returns within 3-5 business days of receipt. You’ll receive email notification once processed.
Refund Information
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve your return.
Important notes:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
- International returns may be subject to non-refundable customs fees
- PayPal refunds may take additional processing time
Exchange Process
For exchanges, specify your preferred replacement item in your return request. We’ll charge or refund any price difference accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs.
